Training

Your first step is to complete our online training course and become a Certified Provider. This training covers the science behind infrared, the many benefits of the FIT Bodywrap, setup of your system, safety, and a little bit of marketing. Owners and managers should complete this training course.

Next, we’ll train your staff with a training program designed specifically to accommodate your staff’s needs. This training breaks down the science and benefits of infrared, giving your staff the tools to comfortably and confidently educate your clients on the FIT Bodywrap service. We also coach your team on sales tips, providing the keys to determining your clients’ needs and offering them services and products they need, in a hard-to-resist pitch.

Sales & Marketing

Your Customer Success Specialist will work with you to learn the ins and outs of your business, including your needs and goals, and will help you determine the best ways to integrate FIT into your service menu, consulting with you about suggested pricing along the way. We’ll discuss bundling the FIT Bodywrap with other services, promotional ideas, and ideas for building excitement about your new service!

We’ll also discuss the best ways to include FIT Bodywrap on your website and Facebook service list, boosting your SEO and enticing customers from the moment they view your menu. We’ll share our best tips for posting about FIT Bodywrap on social media, and even cover creating highly targeted ads that reach the specific customers you want to bring in.

Once you’re ready to launch, we stay in contact, making sure you have everything you need and providing answers to any questions that may come up as you start offering sessions. You’ll have access to every possible resource: our knowledge center, blog, printable references and guides, and your Customer Success Specialist, available to help Monday-Friday.
